Hundreds of citizens including widows, Sants and locals people were facilitated with eye check up, specials, medicines and consultancy. Rajkumar Shukla, who initiated for movement at Champaran by arranging a visit of Mahatma Gandhi. The Seminar – “Raj Kumar Shukla Aur Aaj Ka Bharat” was held on Saturday August 25, 2012 at Gandhi Shanti Pratishthan near ITO, New Delhi, where the speakers demanded that the Ministry of Railways should named the Chanpatia (Native village of Rajkumar Shukla) based Railway Station on the name of Late Sh.
